Our Policies

• Copy and all ad material must be received deadlines specified in order (minimum 7 days before rundate).
• $150 admin fee applies to orders under $1,000.
• Ads must be prepaid by deadlines specified in order.
• Checks must be made payable to “MediaMate LLC”.
• Payment will not be deemed made until received by MediaMate. All payments are non-refundable except as otherwise provided herein.
• Rates listed do not include any fees applicable.
• Advertiser assumes responsibility for checking proof of performance and ensuring their advertising campaign has run correctly.
• Event location is subject to change based on weather and/or university requests. Inclement weather may result in an event date change.
• Advertiser must provide MediaMate with a written cancellation request a minimum of 30 business days prior to ad insertion date to discontinue or cancel a campaign (or portion thereof). MediaMate reserves the right to charge the Advertiser up to a 10% cancellation fee for any unused portion of the campaign to cover internal costs and short rates owed to the schools. MediaMate cannot cancel or refund advertising with notice less than 30 days prior to ad insertion dates or event dates.
